Betty Gardner Seay

October 19, 1936 - December 2, 2006
Betty Gardner Seay, 70, of 6 South Davis Drive, died Saturday at her home. A native of Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Forrest Odell and Mary Irene Mahon Gardner, and the wife of Franklin D. Seay of the home. Mrs. Seay was a member of Brandon Baptist Church. She was homemaker and a loving mother and wife. Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Sheila Farrow of Powdersville, and Sharon Cox of Boiling Springs; two sons, Kenneth Seay of Greenville, and Jerry Seay and his wife, Jane of Easley; a sister, Ruth McGuire of Texas; a brother, Harold Gardner of Greenville; four grandchildren, Sabrina and Derek Farrow, and Cody and Mandy Bryson; and two step-grandchildren, Garrett and Alanah Holcombe. Visitation will be from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with burial in Graceland Cemetery, West. The family is at the residence.
