Betty June Playford Pease, 82, of 10 Friartuck Road, widow of Lester M. Pease, died Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at Greenville Memorial Medical Center. Born in Lincoln, NE., she was a daughter of the late Jesse and Grace Mosher Playford. Mrs. Pease was a homemaker. Surviving are two sons, David Pease of Greenville, Dennis Pease of West Virginia; two daughters, Cindy Barnes of Florida, Kim Kenimer of Virginia; eight grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and a sister, Helen Gier of Florida. Memorials may be made to Daymark Children?s Services, 1598-C Washington Street East, Charleston WV., 25311. Graveside services will be conducted Friday, May 26, 2006 at 1:30 pm at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown.
