Beverly Jean Dunn

Beverly Jean Dunn, 73, wife of fifty years to Jerome ?Jerry? Dunn, died Thursday, August 23, 2007. Born in St. Petersburg, FL, she was the daughter of the late Gertrude ?June? Warner and Edward L. McLean. Mrs. Dunn was a homemaker and served for a number of years as a volunteer at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two sons, Jeffrey Dunn of Houston, TX, Keith Dunn and wife Margaret of Southlake, TX; a daughter, Janice Barnette of Irmo; three grandchildren, Ethan Barnette, Jase and Ashton Dunn; a sister, Susan Busch of Talahassee, FL; and a brother Donald McLean of Clearwater, FL. The family requests in lieu of flowers for memorials to be made to the SC Chapter of the Alzheimer?s Association, 301 University Ridge, Suite 5000, Greenville, SC 29601. A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 26, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. Burial will be at the National Cemetery in Houston, TX at a later date.
