Bill Plemmons, 80, of 115 Honeysuckle Drive, died on Monday, November 7, 2005. Born in Black Mountain, NC, he was a son of the late Burnett and Carrie Cauldwell Plemmons. Mr. Plemmons served in the US Navy during WWII and the Korean War. He retired from Fiber Industries and was a member of Reedy River Baptist Church and The Brotherhood Sunday School Class. Surviving are his wife of fifty-six years, Mildred Fisher Plemmons, of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Teresa Plemmons Pratt and John S. Pratt, of Atlanta, GA; three brothers, Jay, Burnett, Jr., and Fred Plemmons; two sisters, Fay Hauer and Betty Christian; and three grandchildren, Andrew, Carolina, and Alex Pratt. Services will be held on Wednesday at Reedy River Baptist Church at 3:00 p.m. with visitation from 1:30 ? 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Reedy River Baptist Church Cemetery. The Brotherhood Sunday School Class will serve as honorary pallbearers. Memorials may be made to Reedy River Baptist Church, 871 N.
