Bobby Gene McLeod, 74, of 1761 Crawford Road, died Friday, June 30, 2006. Born in Greenville, Mr. McLeod was the widower of Mildred Brown McLeod and the son of the late Joe D. and Cora Lee Fraser McLeod. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea and in Vietnam. He is survived by a son, Mitch McLeod and his wife, Betsy of Gray Court; three grandsons, Nathan McLeod and his wife, Lena, Colin McLeod, and Kevin Gaines; a sister, Martha A. McLeod of Poughkeepsie, NY; and a brother, Joe C. McLeod of Lincoln, CA. A memorial service will be conducted at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 3, 2006 at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown.
