Carlton Gale Rogers

January 14, 1947 - August 24, 2008
Gale Rogers, 61, of 1147 Latimer Mill Road, husband of Dianna Tallent Rogers, died Sunday, August 24, 2008. Born in Jackson County, NC, he was a son of the late Henry R. and Sylvia Steinwymare Rogers. Mr. Rogers was employed with Timber Sil and a member of St. Michaels Lutheran Church. He was also a United States Army veteran. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two sons, Carlton Henry Rogers of Clemson, Scottie Clark of Anderson; two brothers, Larry and Alan Rogers both of Pelzer; and four grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 28, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown, with visitation to follow.
