Carolyn Pike Cox

Carolyn Pike Cox, 79, wife of Richard Cox, died Thursday, October 11. Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Hattie Bell Pike and William Pike. She was a homemaker and member of Roper Mountain Baptist Church. Surviving, in addition to her husband are a daughter, Janice C. Cooper; a son, John Cox; a grandson, Michael Cox; and two brothers Lewis and Bruce Pike. Her request was no flowers, but memorials may be made to Roper Mountain Baptist Church Building Fund, 300 Roper Mountain Road Ext., Greenville, SC 29615. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. at Roper Mountain Baptist Church with visitation prior to the service at the church from 12 to 1:15 p.m. Burial will be at Rocky Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
