Carson Lyn Medlin

Carson Lyn Medlin, 13, of 17 Family Lane, died Saturday, December 8, 2007, at Greenville Memorial Medical Center. Born in Greenville, he was a son of Mark Medlin and Karen Grindstaff. Carson attended West Gantt First Baptist Church. He attended Washington Center School, and was a former student at Meyer Center for Special Children. Carson was a member of the Mauldin Miracle League and the Cubs Baseball Team. Surviving, in addition to his parents, of the home, are a brother, Drake Mraovich, of Liberty, and grandmothers, Glenda Grindstaff, of Greenville, and Sylvia Browning, of Pelzer. He also is survived by many aunts and uncles and many other loving family and friends. He was predeceased by grandfathers John Grindstaff, Jr. and David Browning. The service will be held at West Gantt First Baptist Church at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2007. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 11, 2007, from 4:00 to 5:45 p.m. prior to the service.
