Sorry to hear this . Would like to have come to her funeral, but since it conflicted with Betty’s it was just to much to handle. I loved Cathy and wished she had wanted to reunite with our family. I always had hopes. She was very special to me and the thought of her not there is so sad. I pray that she, her momma & dad are all happy together now.Praying for all of you.

Joel and family, I’m so sorry to hear this. I remember Cathy from when I went to Southside Assembly with her.. She was always kind to everyone and I never heard her say a word against another person. I’m sure that you will miss her greatly. Please know that I’m praying for you and your family and will continue to do so in the days to come. Please do not feel alone because I know there are many people grieving with you. Take care.

I have such fond memories of sitting with Cathy while she sold jewelry during the Grand Ole Gospel Reunion days. She loved rekindling friendships year after year and making new ones. And what a laugh! I will remember her beautiful smile and infectious laugh forever. Oh, and I couldn’t forget the “pig room”! Much love to Joel and the family during the difficult days ahead.
