Charles Douglas Horn, 63, died Monday, February 18, 2008. Born in Gainesville, GA, he was the son of the late J.W. and Mattie Bloodworth Horn. Mr. Horn was a retired supervisor at Bahan Machine and Foundry and was formerly employed with Norris Ambulance Service. He was a Baptist. Surviving are his wife of 22 years, Vickie Welch Horn; and two brothers, Ricky Horn of Taylors and Jimmy Lee Horn of Greer. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 21, 2008 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. A graveside service will be held Friday, February 22, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will be at the residence.
