Charles Lewis

Charles Lewis, 58, of 106 Canterberry Drive, died on Thursday, November 30, 2006 at Mountain Home Health & Rehab in Hendersonville, NC. Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late James Carlton and Lesia Jones Lewis. Mr. Lewis was employed as a brick mason and was of the Church of God of Prophecy faith. Surviving are two daughters, Rene Stewart and Tina Lewis, both of Fayetteville, NC; a son, Dusty Lewis, of Duncan; five sisters, Elizabeth Gonce of Simi Valley, CA, Patsy Jean Brooks, Emma George and Annie Mae Lewis of Greenville, and Betty Ann Hickey of Travelers Rest; a brother, David Cappus Lewis, of Greenville; and two grandsons; and aunts, Mildred Goodnough, Lillie Mae Jones and Margaret Morgan. He was predeceased by two brothers, James Carlton Lewis, Jr. and Jimmy Lewis. Visitation will be held on Monday from 6:00 ? 8:00 pm at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Services will be held on Tuesday at 3:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Karen Durham officiating. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, West. The family is at their respective homes.
