Cheryl Richards Conner, 76, wife of Brant Conner, died Friday, September 9, 2022.
Born in Perry, GA, she was the daughter of the late Hobert and Ruth Greene Richards, Sr..
Cheryl was a resident of South Carolina for almost 30 years. She was a graduate of the Georgia Baptist School of Nursing in 1967 and worked many years after as an Operating Room Nurse. Cheryl was a member of Simpsonville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed her dogs, house plants, and sewing.
In addition to her beloved husband of 54 years, she is survived by her sister, Kay Smith of Conyers, GA; brother, Bert Richards of Prattville, AL; and nine nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Conner.
A Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Southeast followed by the Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m.. Burial will be in Graceland East Memorial Park.
