Dawn Marie Petrilla, 42, of 110 Garrison Street, passed on Wednesday, July 12, 2006 Ms. Petrilla was born in New London, CT. She retired from the United States Postal Service and was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church. Surviving are her mother, JoAnne Petrilla, of Grand Island, NY; father and stepmother, William J. and Sylvie-Anne Petrilla, of Easley; two brothers, William P. Petrilla and wife Christine of Buffalo, NY and Todd V. Petrilla of Jacksonville, FL; a sister, Kristi A. Petrilla, of Easley; two nephews, Nicholas and Tyler, a niece, Zoie; and animal companions, Merlin, Shaker, MacLean, Rocker and Missy.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Pickens, SC on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Humane Society of Greenville County, 328 Furman Hall Road, Greenville, SC 29609. The family is at the Petrilla residence, 110 Baldwin Place, Easley, SC.
