Decie C. Bryant, 91, formerly of River Road, Piedmont, widow of Alton Bryant, died Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at Greenville Memorial Medical Center. Born in Madison County, GA., she was a daughter of the late William Richard and Donna Fowler Campbell. Mrs. Bryant was a homemaker and was a member of Tremont Church of God. Surviving, are two daughters, Patricia Smith of Liberty, Belinda George of Fountain Inn; two sisters, Francis Childs of Royston, GA., Joyce Campbell of Danielsville, GA.; seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Alton Bryant. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer?s Association, Upstate SC Chapter, 301 University Ridge Suite 5000, Greenville, SC 29601. Graveside services will be conducted Sunday, September 10, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. at Greenville Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the home of a granddaughter, Georgianna Welch, 7 Rich Holcombe Court, Pelzer, SC 29669.
