Don Kenneth Tucker

Don Kenneth Tucker, 77, resident of Greenville, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023.

Born in Tryon, NC, he was the beloved son of the late Thomas and Pauline Arledge Tucker.

Don honorably served his country as a member of the United States Navy during the Vietnam War, displaying unwavering dedication and commitment to his nation.Following his service, Don enjoyed a fulfilling career and retired from Swift Transportation.

Don served as the past president of the Hejaz Shriner’s Club of Greenville. He dedicated his time and efforts to the betterment of the organization and its philanthropic endeavors.

An avid golfer, Don found great joy on the greens and shared his passion with friends and family. He was cherished by his family, known for his unwavering love, and was always willing to go above and beyond for their well-being.

Don will be profoundly missed, and his memory will forever remain in the lives of those he touched.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, December 26, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Northwest, with the funeral service to follow at 12:00 p.m. in the Northwest Chapel. Burial will be held in Polk Memorial Gardens, Columbus, NC.
