Donald Allen Leeman, 51, of 299 Miller Road, died Thursday, September 4, 2008 at his residence. Born in Greenville County, he was a son of Frances Davis Leeman of Greenville and the late George Wendel Leeman, Jr. Mr. Leeman was a retired clothing salesman and a veteran of the United States Navy. Surviving, in addition to his mother, are four daughters, Amber and Carolyn Leeman both of Winthrop University, Beverly and Dawn Leeman both of Columbia; a sister and brother-in-law, Denise and Kevin Fulbright of Cross Hill; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Mick Leeman of Greenville, Tony Leeman of Forest, VA, George and Blanche Leeman of Hampton Bay, Long Island, NY, Lonnie and Wendy Leeman of Granda, MS; and his fiancé, Kim Montgomery of Mauldin. Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 W. Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 7, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest, with the funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, West. The family will be at the home of his mother, 10 Algonquin Trail, Greenville.
