Donald Steve "Don" Robinson, 60, of 1205 Broadwater Drive, husband of Loretta Gilstrap Robinson, died Monday, September 8, 2008. Born in Spartanburg County, he was a son of the Frank B. and Nell Wall Robinson. Mr. Robinson was the owner of Robinson Rentals and a member of New Spring Church. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a daughter, Neelee Robinson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Frank B. Robinson, Jr. Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 W. Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605. A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 11, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. with visitation to follow in the chapel of Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown.
