Doris Watson, 84, of 6 Pettee Street, died Sunday, September 7, 2008.
Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Malcomb E. and Bertha Howell Watson. Mrs. Watson retired from Abney Mills Brandon Plant and was a member of Brandon United Methodist Church where she was treasurer for over thirty years. Surviving are three cousins, Bobbie J. Hill and husband Richard of Greenville, Sue Cochran of Greenville, and Wallace H. McCombs and wife Bobbie of Greenville. A memorial service will be Thursday, September 11, 2008 at 3:00 pm at Brandon United Methodist Church with visitation following the service. Memorials may be made to Brandon United Methodist Church, 118 Mason Street, Greenville, SC 29611. The family is at 7 Singleton Circle.
