Dorothy Louise Rogers Green

Dorothy Louise Rogers Green, daughter of the late Will and Vivian Landford Rogers, died Saturday, June 14, 2008. Ms. Green was born and raised in Woodruff, SC. She retired as Personnel Director of The Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC. She was a member of Augusta Road Baptist Church. She is survived by three children, all of Greenville, a daughter, Peggy McGinnis, a son, Charles E. "Butch" Green and his wife Patricia, and a son, Donald L. Green and his wife Suzanne; five grandchildren, Charles E. Tripp Green and his wife Beth of Ashland VA, Kelli Green Salley and her husband Mackay of Spartanburg, Logan Rogers Green and his wife Anna of Greenville, Matthew L. Green and his wife Samantha of Nashville TN, and Adam W. Green and his wife Melissa of Baltimore MD; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five sisters. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will follow. The family will be at their respective homes.
