Duncan Quinn Hill

November 13, 1950 - January 4, 2006
Duncan Quinn Hill, 55, of 112 Lake Bowen Drive, died on Wednesday, January 4, 2006 after a valiant struggle with cancer. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was a son of the late Leslie Jordan Quinn and Janet Virginia Bahlmann Quinn Hill. Mr. Hill graduated from Ohio University with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering. He worked for INVISTA and his career had taken him throughout the world with his most recent position being in Augsburg, Germany. Surviving are his wife, Monica Hill, of the home; a niece, Elizabeth Githens, of Franklin, TN; a nephew, Nicholas Githens, of Franklin, TN; and a mother-in-law, Mrs. Verna M. Githens, of Spartanburg. He is predeceased by a stepfather, George T. Hill. Omit flowers and make memorials to Gibbs Cancer Center of Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, 120 Heywood Avenue, Spartanburg, SC 29303. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
