Eddie Larry Galloway, Sr

Reverend Eddie Larry Galloway, Sr., 64, of 325 Tyger Fox Drive, died Saturday, October 29, 2005 at the VA Medical Center in Columbia. Born in Greenville, SC, he was the husband of Pauline Reid Galloway and a son of the late Gilbert Boyd and Lois Phillips Galloway. Rev. Galloway was a veteran of the US Air Force and he was a member of the Lyman Weslyan Church. Surviving in addition to his loving wife, is a daughter, Cindy G. Wilson, and husband, Greg, of Lyman; two sons, Eddie L. Galloway, Jr. and William B. Galloway, both of Lyman; two sisters, Audrey Galloway, of Simpsonville, Elaine Short, of Greenville; a brother, Gerald Galloway, of Greenville; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2005 at Lyman Weslyan Church, with burial in Graceland West Cemetery. A visitation will be held prior to the service on Tuesday, 12-1:15 pm at the church. Also the body will be available at the home, on Monday, Oct. 31, 2005 from 4-9:00 p.m. The family will be at the residence. Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest is assisting the Galloway family.
