Edith Evelyn Granger McKinney

Edith Evelyn Granger McKinney, 79, of 17 Lander Street, wife of James McKinney, died Monday, August 22, 2005 at Greenville Memorial Medical Center. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late James and Lula Myers Granger. Mrs. McKinney was retired from Belk Simpson and was a member of Earle Street Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter, Rebecca Milam of Walhalla; two grandsons, David Milam of Tallahassee, FL., Ben Milam of Fort Leornard Wood, MO.; and a brother, Herbert C. Granger of Easley. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Earle Street Baptist Church, 225 W. Earle Street, Greenville, SC 29609. A memorial service will be conducted Thursday, August 25, 2005 at 1:30 PM at Earle Street Baptist Church where the family will greet friends following the service. Burial will be private.
