Elizabeth Nixon Cleveland, 80, of 215 W. Carolina Avenue, died Saturday, August 6, 2005. Born in Anderson County, she was the wife of the late T.E. Cleveland and a daughter of the late Willie and Maybell Standridge Nixon. Mrs. Cleveland was a housewife and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving is a son, Larry and his wife, Judy, of Pickens; three step-children, Charles Cleveland and his wife, Shelly, of Iva, Linda Floyd Perryman, of Anderson, Rebecca Darlene Scoggins, and her husband, Lawrence, of Craytonville; several grand-children and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by ten brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m., Tuesday at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest Chapel with burial in Graceland West Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:15-2:45p.m., Tuesday, prior to the service at the funeral home. The family will be at the home of the son, Larry Mote, 371 Holly Springs School Rd., Pickens, SC 29671.
