Talulah Emiline Smith Davis, 90, of Greenville Place, formerly of Davis Drive, Berea, died Sunday, December 24, 2006. Born in Pickens County, she was the wife of the late Ralph R. Davis and a daughter of the late Benjamin T. and Minnie Kay Smith. Mrs. Davis retired from Carolina High School as a dietician and was a member of Berea First Baptist Church. Surviving is a sister, Nell S. Hamilton, of Easley; seven nieces, Brenda McCall of Chapel Hill, NC, Marie M. Granger, of Easley, Martha M. Junkins and husband, Chris, of Powdersville, Lynn H. Alexander, of Easley, Beth Plexico and husband, John, of North Augusta, GA, Judy S. Williams and Nancy S. Dickerson and husband, Ronnie, all of Easley; two nephews, Marvin Sloan and wife, Joan, of Greenville, Wesley McCall and wife, Janis, of Salina, KS; and special friends, Clarence Gilbert and Millie Shernifski. Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon Wednesday at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest Chapel, with burial in Graceland West Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday at 10:30-11:45 am prior to the service.
