Emily was the first friend I made when I first moved out to New Mexico. She went out of her way to help me fit in with the other kids and become comfortable with the new school. As an elementary schooler, she was always the kindest, happiest, and the smartest person in the room at all times. It's not fair that we lost Emily so soon. From what I remember about Emily, her faith in God and constant positivity will now be the first beam of sunlight coming down from Heaven after a cloudy day. Her smile was enough to light up a room. Enjoy eternal paradise, Emily.
