Eunice K. Parks, 84, of Scarlett Street, widow of James Wilton King, died at the home of her daughter on Saturday, November 29, 2008. Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Rice and Rena Tucker. Mrs. Parks was a retired Nurse with the Greenville Cancer Clinic and member of Eastlan Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, The Reverends Carolyn King and Wofford Boyd of Greensboro, NC; a granddaughter and her husband, Caryn Marie and Scott Avers of Greensboro, NC; two great grandchildren, Caleb Boyd Avers and Gabriel Tucker Avers of Greensboro, NC; and a brother, Bruce Tucker of Fountain Inn. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 4, 2008 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. at Eastlan Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 12:00 noon in the church. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will be at the residence.
