Eva Sweet Moore

Eva Sweet Moore, 97, widow of James Virgil Moore, died Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at Westside Living Center. Born in Pickens County, she was the daughter of the late John and Stella McCall Sweet. Mrs. Moore was retired from J.P. Stevens and a member of Truth Missionary Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Margaret Rice of Greenville; a son, Billy E. Moore of Taylors; four grandchildren, Donny Greene, Jimmy Moore, Marenda Moore and Billy Moore, Jr.; seven great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels, 15 Oregon Street, Greenville, SC 29605. Visitation will be held Friday, December 21, 2007 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. A graveside service will follow at 12:00 p.m. at Greenville Memorial Gardens. The family will be at their respective homes.
