Faye Swanger Collins

Faye Swanger Collins, 55, of 416 Old Georgia Rd., died Sunday, August 21, 2005. Born in Greenville County, she is the daughter of Pauline Tucker and the late Lester Swanger. She was a retired employee of Prettl Electric and a member of Bessie Road Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband of 21 years, David Collins; daughter, Tammy Hulsey and husband Anthony of Greenville ; son, Scott Ivester and wife Cathy of Greenville; step-son, Joey Collins of Nashville, TN; three brothers, Waylon Swanger, Michael Swanger and Ronald Swanger; one sister, Annette Hitt; four grandchildren, Josh Hulsey, Matthew Hulsey, Caleb Ivester and Anthony Ivester. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at noon at Bessie Road Baptist Church with interment to follow in Greenville Memorial Gardens. Visitation Monday from 6-8:00pm at the church. Memorials may be made to Bessie Road Baptist Church, Building Fund, 572 Bessie Road, Piedmont, SC 29673.
