Flora Mae Evans Lewis, 83, widow of Ray Lewis, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2008 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's. Born in Pickens County, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Annie Evans. Mrs. Lewis was a beautician and was an active member of Augusta Heights Baptist Church for many years.
