Flossie West, formerly of 9 Arch Street, died Monday, August 8, 2005. Born in Pickens County she was the daughter of the late Julius V. and Leona Owen Brown and wife of the late Samuel West. Surviving are two sons, Johnny R. Alexander of Pelzer and Ricky Lee West of Greenville; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at Graceland Cemetery, West at 12 Noon. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer?s Disease Association of Greenville, 301 University Ridge, Suite 5300, Greenville, SC 29601. The family is at 513 Hwy 8 East, Pelzer, SC.
