George Andrew ?Andy? Durham, 44, of 9 Anson Court, died Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at Greenville Memorial Medical Center. Born in Greenville, he was the son of Ralph B. ?Blackie? and Shirley Allen Durham of Greenville. Mr. Durham was formerly employed with Digital Company and Metro Printing and was of the Baptist faith. He was very involved in Carolina Heat Baseball Team as head coach. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his wife, Ashley, of Simpsonville; a daughter, Kylie Durham; a son, Drew Durham; a stepdaughter, Sydney Stapleton; and two stepsons, Hayden and Chase Stapleton all of the home; a sister and best friend, Dina A. McCoy of Greenville and many close friends. He was preceded in death by a brother, Skipper Durham and a son, Jake Austin Durham. Visitation will be held Friday, November 23, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. The funeral service will be held Saturday, November 24, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. in the downtown chapel. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will be at the home of his parents, 103 Redwood Drive, Greenville.
