Glenn Lee West, 63, of Greenville, died Wednesday, March 24, 2021.

Born in Greenville, SC, he was the son of the late B.F. and Sara Whitworth West.

He was of the Christian faith. Glenn was a collector of different oddities and was able to tell some very fascinating stories about them. Known to his crew as Bubba, he never met a stranger, and was a very generous person, always giving of himself to help others. He had an infectious laugh that resonated with all that knew and loved him.

He is survived by son, William David West of Greenville, SC; brother, Tim West (Rosemary) of Lyman, SC; sister, Tracy West of Anderson, SC; nephew, Brad West of Greenville, SC; maternal uncle, Larry Whitworth (Pat) of Greenville, SC; great nephews, Jourdan & Tristan West of Greenville, SC.

Friends may pay their respects and sign the guest register on Sunday, March 28, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Masks are required in all Thomas McAfee Funeral Home locations and attendees are strongly encouraged to follow CDC guidelines on social distancing.
