I am so sorry about the passing of Heather and honored that I had the privilege of meeting her. I know she will be missed by so many. What I know of Heather is that she was a very sweet, independent, talented young lady. She loved her mom so much and my heart breaks for her mom. She loved Heather so very much.
Praying that God will give Joan and the rest of the family strength to get through this difficult time. My sincerest thoughts and prayers for all of them.

I so very much enjoyed working with Heather at the American Academy of Actuaries. She was a geniune, good person who always gave a 100% to her policy work and was highly dedicated to the various roles/ positions that she served in while at the Academy.  Heather was a wonderful, caring and giving individual--she never changed over the sixteen years that I had the pleasure of knowing her. Family, you have my sincere condolences and are in my thoughts and prayers.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Heather was genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met.  I worked with her at the Academy and though she did not stay long after I got there, she shared her wisdom with me beyond work. I will always cherish the memories I have with her and she will be sorely missed. Her family and all of her loved ones are in my prayers.

I was very sorry to hear about Heather. We worked together for over 10 years at the American Academy of Actuaries. Not only was she dedicated and conscientious, but no one was more fair or generous with coworkers. I am thankful that in the last couple of years we were at the Academy—challenging years for both of us—we were able to rely on each others’ shared experiences. She will be missed by many.
