Henry William Holseberg, 64, died Monday, November 26, 2007 at Greenville Memorial Medical Center. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Lynn Kerr Holseberg. Born in Charleston, he was the son of the late Margaret Easterling and George I. Holseberg. He was one of seven children and was predeceased by a brother, Anthony Holseberg. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two daughters, Michelle Holseberg Keith and husband Stephen, of Greenville; Kristin Van Holseberg of Charleston; a son, Henry William Holseberg, Jr. and wife Tyler, of Greenville; and four grandchildren, Brady L., Benjamin H., and Stephen R. Keith, and William Edward Holseberg, all of Greenville. Mr. Holseberg, a 1966 graduate of Clemson University, was President and CEO of Morris Construction Company. He was a charter member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Mr. Holseberg was past president of Piedmont Professional Engineers and Piedmont General Contractors Association, president of the Board of South Carolina Ballet, and a former member of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Board. Henry spent many happy times at Folly Beach with his family and was an avid fisherman and golfer. Special thanks to Dr. Jim Burford for over twenty years of compassionate care. Memorials may be made to the Monastery of St. Clare, 1916 N. Pleasantburg Dr., Greenville, SC 29609 or Greenville Free Medical Clinic, 600 Arlington Ave., Greenville, SC 29601. A Vigil service will be held at Prince of Peace Catholic Church Tuesday at 6 p.m. with visitation following. The Funeral Mass will be held at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Charleston, S.C. on Thursday, November 29, 2007 at 12 p.m. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, James Island, S.C.
