Hilda Rebecca Souther, 60, of 22 6th Avenue, Poe Mill, died on Tuesday, February 28, 2006. Born in Anderson, she was a daughter of the late Glenn and Annie Bell Brown Taylor. Mrs. Souther was a homemaker. Surviving are her husband of forty-four years, Gerald Garland Souther, of Greenville; two sons, William PeeWee Souther of Elberton, GA, and Frank Edward Souther of Washington, GA; two daughters, Angela Faye Dalton of Liberty, and Scooby Suzanne Martin of Mauldin; a brother, Bobby Glenn Taylor, of Chattanooga, TN; a sister, Louise Davis, of Anderson; fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is predeceased by a son, Daryl Glenn Souther; a brother, William Cape Taylor; and a sister, Mary Lou Pickens. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 6:00 ? 8:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Services will be held on Friday at 12 Noon at the funeral home. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, West. The family is at the residence.
