Jack Erskine Riddle

Jack Erskine Riddle, 73, of 429 East Old Mill Road Lot #6, died Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at his residence. Born in Woodruff he was a son of the late Hubert Wesley Riddle and Josie Lee Johnson Riddle and husband of the late Gilda Brown Riddle. Mr. Riddle served in the US Marines and retired from Eldeco Electrical. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church of Woodruff. Surviving are four sons, Daniel Riddle of Easley, Ronnie Riddle and wife Lynn of Greenville, Wesley Riddle and wife Tina of Travelers Rest, and Randy Vinson of Cleveland, Ohio; a brother, Ronnie Riddle, of Simpsonville; two sisters, Martha Wood of Woodruff, and Bobbie Morgan of Greenville; eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. Papa, we love you and will miss you. He was preceded in death by a sister, Irene Summer; two brothers, Billy and Jerry Riddle; and a granddaughter, Michelle Hudson. Visitation will be held Friday from 6:00 ? 7:30 pm at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. The funeral service will be held Saturday at 12 Noon at the funeral home. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, West. The family is at the residence.
