Jeffrey Scott Pennington, 30, of Lyman, died Friday, February 10, 2006 at his residence. Born in Greenville, Jeffrey was a graduate of Mauldin High School Class of 1993. He worked as a construction subcontractor. He was a creative writer and sketch artist, and enjoyed playing the guitar. Surviving are his father and stepmother, Jim and Pam Pennington; his mother and stepfather, Linda and Berry Hill, and his fiancé, Miranda Erwin. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Albert and Ruth Pennington and Thomas and Louise Pitts. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one?s choice. Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 13, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. Visitation will be prior to the service from 5:45 p.m. until 6:45 p.m. The family is at their respective homes.
