Jennie Pietras Helminski

Jennie Pietras Helminski, 90, of 4990 Old Spartanburg Rd, Taylors, died Friday, January 19, 2007. Born in Wheeling West Virginia, she was the wife of the late Stanley Helminski and the daughter of the late Adam and Bernadena Zapalska Pietras. She was retired from Ohio Valley Medical Center and was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Surviving are one son, Bob Wright and wife Mary, three grandchildren, Kelly Lee, Christine Sheffield, and Kaitlynn Wright; sisters, Vi McGuire, and Mary Robbins; and a brother, Henry Pietras. She was predeceased by sister, Emily Wolfe and brothers, Stanley Pietras, and Apolinaries Pietras. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 22, 2007 at 11:00a.m. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. The Rite of Committal will be at a later date at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling West Virginia. Visitation will be Sunday, January 21, 2007 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown.
