We are so saddened to learn of Jenny Wren’s death. We are thinking of her children and grandchildren at this time and hoping that their grief is tempered by the fond memories that I know they have of their loving mother and grandmother.
As the oldest nephew on the Dixon side of her family my memories go all the way back to childhood. As a very young boy I remember Jenny Wren as a teenager. Older family members tell stories of Juergen taking care of me as a baby when my mother and I lived in Granny’s house during the war. I’ll always cherish my memories of Jenny Wren.
