John Owen McGahee, 58, died Wednesday, November 12, 2008.
Born in Asheville, NC, he was a son of the late V.N. and Margaret Pruitt McGahee.
Mr. McGahee was retired from Michelin and served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Surviving are his brother, F.X. McGahee of Aiken, SC; aunts, Dora Pruitt of Lakewood, WA, Mary Pruitt; and uncle, Talmadge Pruitt, both of Asheville, NC.
He was predeceased by a sister, Callie McGahee. A graveside service will be Saturday, November 22, 2008 at Graceland Cemetery West at 1:30 pm.
The family is at their respective home.
