John Randal Hutchens

John Randal Hutchens, 70, of 122 Bismark Drive Pelzer, husband of Kathryn Hutchens, died November 1, 2008 at St. Francis, Downtown. Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late John Randal Hutchens, Sr. and Florine Smith Hutchens. Mr. Hutchens was retired from Celanese and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two daughters, Gail Ross and her husband, Bob, of Taylors, Terrie McAlister and her husband, Mike, of Fair Play; a sister, Sandra Mullikin of Greenville, and one granddaughter, Tara McAlister. A graveside service was held on Tuesday. Memorials may be made to the St. Francis BMT Program, 1 St. Francis Drive, Greenville, SC 29601 or to the charity of one's choice.
