I would just like to extend my condolences to Mrs. Johnnie’s family. I was saddened to hear of her passing. I had the honor of meeting her towards the end of 2019 in which she agreed to represent me. Besides the professional aspect of our meetings, I loved anytime we were able to have small talk. Her personality was everything! She was always so real and never sugarcoated anything. How she felt about a matter, you’d definitely know because she wasn’t afraid to let you know, lol. Anyways, although I knew at the end of my case I probably wouldn’t see her as often but hoped I’d eventually to run into her somewhere. It’s unfortunate for myself and others that we will not be able to find ourselves in her presence anymore but she absolutely left an impression that I will never forget. My prayers go up for her husband, children, and family. May God continue to give you the strength, comfort and peace you need to get through your time of bereavement. God bless.

May Johnnie’s ways in life continue to inspire, bring laughter and heal you with love. You are in my prayers. Peace, Pastor Lisa Dempsey, Cokes Chapel UMC, Sharpsburg, GA

My son and Valerie were classmates when they were younger. I met Johnnie only one time taking my son to Valerie's birthday party. I never forgot meeting her. She was so nice to me and I enjoyed talking to her that evening. I'm so sorry she has left this world at such a young age. My prayers are with Valerie and the rest of the family. I know you will truly miss her.

Dear Al and family. So sorry to hear of Johnnie's death. May she rest in peace and rise in Glory. I didn't hear about this until after the fact or I would have come to the visitation. I so appreciated the privilege of providing pastoral care to Johnnie (and you) back when she had breast cancer. Prayers offered for you all.

I’m so saddened to hear of Johnnie’s passing. What a bright star and such a loss both personally and professionally to her clients, associates, friends and family. She was real. She told it like it was, with a little bit of sugar, a lot of spice and a sometimes a tad of flowery language. I’ll miss her laugh, humor and compassion. Blessings and peace for her, and for the family.

My condolences to all of you and your family. I remember Johnny Sue from AC Flora when we were in many classes together and she was always such a kind soul, not to mention exceptionally smart, and friendly. I'm sure we spoke at the few reunions we had following. Having migrated to Atlanta I did not stay in touch but just having just read the obituary, I can tell you she was something to be proud of and I surely wish I had known her much better - I LOVE who she was. My thoughts to all of you who were close to her. - Karen

Johnnie Sue...I know she will be greatly missed. I was shocked to hear of her passing. I worked for Johnnie Sue for 7 1/2 years. She was demanding and a ball of fire but I loved her and learned a lot from her. As to "driving like a bat out of hell", I can attest to that. She would call me on her way to Sburg while reading the file she took for the hearing. I called her one day before she got out of the parking lot and told her to put the file down. LOL Praying for comfort and peace for the family.
