Johnny Wallace Cranford, Sr., 76, of 8 Leland Circle, died Tuesday, November 07, 2006. Born in Greer, he was the son of the late Edward Felix Cranford and Lois Williams Cranford. Mr. Cranford was a veteran of the U.S. Army he was retired from Michelin Tire. Surviving are his wife, Joan Huffman Cranford of the home; a son, Jeff Michael Cranford of Roswell, GA; a brother, Luther William Cranford of Greenville. He was predeceased by a son, John Wallace Cranford, Jr. Funeral services will be held at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest on Friday, at 1:30 p.m. with visitation from 12:00 ?1:15 p.m. prior. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Rd., Anderson, SC 29621. The family will be at the residence of 8 Leland Circle, Greenville, SC 29617.
