Joseph Carl Hofstetter III

Joseph "Joe" Carl Hofstetter III, 65, of Belton, died Saturday, August 13, 2011. Born in Aurora, IL he was a son of the late Joseph Carl Hofstetter II and Mary Jeanette Hodge Proctor. Survivors include his loving wife Janice Kay Hofstetter; two sons, Joseph Carl Hofstetter IV of LA and Jeffrey Lee Hofstetter of Greenville; two daughters, Beverly K. Godfrey Brett of Berea, and Kelly J. Hofstetter of Belton; four sisters, Monta Faye Lane of TX, Ruth Harman of TX, Pat Johnson of IL, and Carol Chwascinski of IL; two brothers, Jerry Hofstetter of OR and James Hofstetter of OR and 14 grandchildren. In addition to his parents he is predeceased by a sister Judy Truex. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 18, 2011 at Cedar Shoals Baptist Church with visitation an hour prior at the Church. Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest.
