Josette Rogers Gillespie

Mrs. Josette Rogers Gillespie, 67, of 221 Cardington Avenue, died Saturday, January 28, 2006. Born in Anderson County, Mrs. Gillespie was the wife of James Gillespie and the daughter of the late Carl Benjamin Rogers and Maudie Bell Martin. She was a homemaker and a member of Antioch Christian Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Danny Gillespie of Lyman, SC and Donald Gillespie of Cary, NC; two brothers, Carl Rogers and Raymond Rogers, both of Easley, SC; and five grandchildren, Jesse, John, Zachary, Courtney, and Emily Gillespie. Graveside services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2006 at Greenville Memorial Garden. Visitation will be held from 7:00 ? 8:30 p.m. on Monday, January 30, 2006 at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. The family will be at the home.
