Juanita M. Hudson

Juanita Elizabeth Messer Hudson, 79, of 28 Hatch Street, died Wednesday, October 19, 2005. Born in Gaston County, NC, she was a daughter of the late Jasper T. and Hettie Hellams Messer. Mrs. Hudson was a member of First Christian Church. Surviving are her husband of sixty-four years, Earl Hudson, of the home; a daughter, Rita Sims and her husband Ronnie, of Easley; two sisters, Lora Fuller of Powdersville and Betty Rimer of Taylors; a brother, Clayton Messer, of Greenville; two grandchildren, Sonya Gardner and Ronda McWhorter; four great grandchildren, Preston, Courtney, Shane, and Hailee. She is predeceased by a son, Billy Hudson. Services will be held on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest with visitation held from 1:45 ? 2:45 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, West. Memorials may be made to St. Francis Hospital, 1 St. Francis Drive, Greenville, SC 29601. The family is at the residence.
