Judith Phillips Henderson

September 9, 1941 - March 20, 2008
Judith Phillips Henderson, 66, of Greenville, died Thursday, March 20, 2008. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Margaret Gardo and Andrew Attaway Phillips. Mrs. Henderson was a retired telephone operator with the Greenville Hospital System and a member of Calvary First Baptist Church. Surviving are three sons, Captain David K Henderson and wife Sherri of Chesapeake, VA, Jeffery Todd Henderson and wife Felicity of Greer, and Thomas Derrik Henderson and wife Shawnna of Travelers Rest; four grandchildren, Chaz and Bailey Henderson and Zachery and Alleigh Gregson. She was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Kenneth Phillips. Visitation will be held Monday, March 24, 2008 from 12 noon to 1:15 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. The funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the Downtown Chapel. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery, West. The family will be at the home of son Jeffrey T. Henderson, 917 Lamp Light Dr., Greer, 29650.
