Mrs. Judith Taylor Jones, 78, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother of 112 Sutton Dr., Taylors, SC, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 14, 2024.
Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late William and Mary D. Taylor. She was the widow of Tony Jones who passed away on December 14, 2020.
Judi was a retiree of Dr. Riddle’s Dental Office. She attended the Greer Freewill Baptist Church until sickness prevented her from attending.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Regina Jones Carson, (Jammy Keith) of Simpsonville; three grandchildren, Nathaniel Carson (Chastity) of Greer, Sarah Mummery (Brett) of Simpsonville, and Jonathan Carson of Simpsonville; six great-grandchildren, Abel, Jaxon, Samson, River, Joel, and Joseph; and one brother, Kenneth Taylor.
In addition to her husband and parents, Judi was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Lynn Spencer, and brother, William Walter “Bill” Taylor.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in Graceland East Memorial Park.
