Kelly Ann Hoeft Quin was called Home on Wednesday, September 1, 2021.

She was born on February 1, 1970 in Orlando, Florida and was the daughter of Donald and Alice Hoeft and sister of Kim Johnston.

Kelly married Ralph Quin on February 9th, 1991, and is the mother of three beautiful children Kyle, Tyler, and Emily, and “Mimi” to one granddaughter, Olivia. She was also the beloved mother-in-law to Kyle’s wife, Angela, and Tyler’s wife, Alexis.

A member of Brookwood Church since it’s second service, Kelly was extremely involved and even worked for the church for a while. She enjoyed shopping and quality time with friends and family and will always be remembered for her care for others and abundant love for people. Kelly loved God and made sure to spread His love during her time on earth.

The Celebration of Life service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10, 2021 at Brookwood Church. The family asks that everyone in attendance wear bright, vibrant colors to represent the love and joy Kelly brought to the world.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Set Free Alliance https://www.setfreealliance.org/get-involved-donate/ or Water for Life https://waterforlife.org/mission/, as these organizations have been an important part of Kelly and Ralph’s life.

My prayers for peace and comfort are continuing for the family and loved ones of the incomparable Kelly Quin. I am so blessed to have had the joy of her light shine upon me. The memory of her spirit will stay with me until the day we meet again. With much love.

She was a energetic little girl when I first met her, full of life, and opinions. My brother and I along with Kim and Kelly used to work in the shop in the back yard laminating menus for the red lobster and other restaurants, Kelly seemed to finish fast than me or Brandon, she was a fun person to be around and generally lit the room with her presence. My condolences go to Kim and Don as well as her husband and family, she will be missed.

Kelly was very special and we will always remember her!

Words cannot express the love we have for all the Quins!! Kelly was a shining light that we will ALWAYS have in our hearts and memories. From her walking through my pregnancy to all her love, care and help when going through cancer. She was a blessing to be around and so many memories to share. We are heart broken for Ralph, Kyle, Tyler, Emily, Angie and Olivia. Knowing her love and faith in Jesus was always the standard along with her desire to share with others. Thank you Kelly for being the very literal hands and feet of Jesus on this Earth, you are and will be terribly missed.

Kelly was my boss at Wells Fargo. I waited over a year to transfer to her branch. I first met her when she was filling in at my other branch and we just hit it off. Got along perfectly and that’s when I wanted to make the move to her branch. I wanted to be there in person but funerals are very hard on me. Especially those that meant a lot to me. I lost my husband and after that I haven’t been able to attend a funeral and I pray that Kelly would understand. I am watching it on the live where I can have my privacy. It still doesn’t feel real that she is gone. I was that co worker that would make her laugh and be inappropriate and she accepted me just the way that I am. She will be missed. RIP Kelly. Say hello to my husband. My condolences to her family and friends. Praying they will find peace and comfort through Christ. He is the only one who will get them through this. Love and Prayers. Marla
