Kim Woodall Terry, son of Margaret and Percy Terry, Jr., died April 9, 2006 following a short illness. Mr. Terry attended Faris State College for one year and then received a two year Bachelors Degree from Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, MI. He worked for thirty years in the hotel industry in various capacities. He was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church where he volunteered with God?s Pantry. He was a lifelong coin collector, a member of the Numismatic Association, and was a member of Upstate Forever. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are three aunts, Della Schroeder of Berkley, MI., Mildred Harper of Longview, TX., and Betty Terry of Seneca, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association, 84 Villa Road, B-2, Greenville, SC 29615 or to the charity of one?s choice. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at 1:00 pm at Messiah Lutheran Church, Mauldin. A reception and visitation will follow at the church in the Joy Center. Burial will take place on Saturday, April 22, 2006 in Gum Springs Cemetery Longview, TX.
